- This international user research was conducted by our partner in Spain, A Piece of Pie.
Savigny User Research carried out the study in Germany
and also participated in the analysis across countries.
- A field study took a look at what people enjoy in spas and
wellness clubs and what they might also enjoy at home.
- Photo diaries gave us insights into people's everyday lives and bathroom routines.
They also sensitized our participants to the topics of our study.
- In-home interviews and observations allowed us to take a look at people's lives,
their well-being, and their bathroom experiences.
- Participants produced collages on what wellness + well-being means to them
and on their ideal bathroom experience.
- Important: conducting this sensitive research with both female + male researchers
